The Market is the perfect location to host all types of celebrations and life events. Inside the building there is plenty of space for a bridal shower, luncheon, dinners, receptions, holiday party’s, family gatherings, and corporate events with up to 60 guests. The Market offers a kitchen area with a sink and bar space, fully stoked bathrooms, and a beautiful front porch view of the farm. Additional amenities can also be added to your package which includes wagon rides, Rutland Petting Zoo, and bouncy houses.

The Charming Market Package – $600

Monday through Thursday – Afternoon 2 pm to 6 pm

Friday through Sunday – Morning 9 am to 1 pm or 2 pm to 6 pm  

(THE 4 HOUR PERIOD CAN BE ALTERED SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
