No returns, refunds or exchanges unless item was received in damaged condition. To receive a refund or an exchange on a damaged item, customer must return the unused product to The Market at Rutland Farms within 30 days of receipt.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling you paid on the order. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that an order is not deemed cancelled until it is confirmed by a representative from The Market at Rutland Farms. Orders cancelled after they have been processed are subject to Cancellation Fee of 10%. Orders shipped prior to cancellation are subject to our Returns/Refunds policy.

WE DELIVER/SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am-5pm EST.
We use UPS to deliver all of our orders. The rate charged for shipping is based on the total weight of your order. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you so choose.
